I used Identity Smith yesterday, and it exceeded my expectations. I've been on Substack for a couple of years, and I still struggle with an elevator pitch. Recently, my growth had slowed, and I thought I needed to make a pivot. Identity Smith discouraged that and said I needed to keep doing what I was doing, but take it to a deeper level. I write vulnerable, faith-based personal essays, and I didn't know how I could take it deeper. Identity Smith explained ways I could do that and gave me clear examples that I'm excited to start writing. I've read numerous articles and attended online workshops on writing and Substack strategy, but this was better than all of them. I was shocked. I love all your AI products because they save time and improve my notes and headlines. However, Identity Smith is my favorite because it's so personalized and effective. Thank you, Tom.

Wow Patty this is so wonderful to read!!! It's a shame, because a lot of my audience just sees the word "AI" and runs for the hills, not understanding that there is a way to use AI to create more (and sometimes better) heart-centered work. I don't ever want to make AI tools that just do everything for you. I want to make tools that help you discover more about yourself, and to help you get more clarity on your creative direction. I hope that in time, more people will give these tools a try because they can be incredibly helpful. And I'm not even taking credit for that.. it's just AI in general is pretty amazing. Thanks for taking a chance on this tool.
